Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept child care assistance?

Yes we do accept child care assistance. Once a family receives a service authorization they can start the program.

What is your vacation policy?

We offer 1 week per year at half credit to use as a vacation day. For families to use this credit the child must be enrolled for at least 6 months.

Is there a discount for having more than one child enrolled?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the lesser of the two tuitions.

Are you a preschool program?

Yes, we offer a full preschool curriculum from 9-12 daily.

What are primary caregivers?

We use primary caregivers in our infant program. Each child is assigned a caregiver when they enroll in our infant program and that teacher is the one who “primarily” takes care of your child while they are at the center. They meet your child’s daily needs and communicate with you every day.

Do you provide food?

Yes, we provide a breakfast snack, morning juice and cracker snack, a fully balanced hot lunch and an afternoon snack. Children can start our food program as soon as they are able to start eating table food. We do not provide formula or baby food.

Do you accept credit cards?

No we do not accept credit cards. We accept check, cash or money order. We also have an automatic payment system called “Tuition Express”.

What are your teacher qualifications?

All of our staff are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR. Lead teachers have college education in early childhood education and development or an associates or bachelors degree.

Does my child have to be potty trained to be in preschool?

No, your child does not have to be potty trained to start our preschool program. We work closely with families to help a child with potty training when they are ready.

My child needs medication while at the center what is your policy?

We can administer prescription medication to children as long as it comes in its original container with the label still in tack. The medication must be current and will only be given to the child who it is prescribed for. Families must also fill out a “Medicine Authorization and Administration Form” before, medication can be administered. All over the counter medication must be accompanied by a doctor’s signature with dosage instructions along with a “Medicine Authorization and Administration Form” filled out by a parent or physician.
